The investment bank Largilli\u00e8re Finance has advised the founder of Ocellis Group, a leading player in the development and HVAC of tertiary spaces in France, in the opening of its capital to its managers and the private equity fund Turenne Emergence, a growth LBO fund specialized in B2B Services and Digital of Turenne Groupe, one of the leaders in French private equity (AUM: \u20ac1.4 billion)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Founded in 1999 by Christophe Pinot, the Ocellis Group is a specialist in the design and renovation of tertiary spaces as well as in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning and heating systems. Supporting a clientele of owners as well as users, the group is experiencing a regular and sustained growth of its activities. In 2021, it will achieve a turnover of about 36 M\u20ac (in growth of + 18%).<\/p>\n

The efficient process led by Largilli\u00e8re Finance has allowed to set the best conditions for all parties involved in this primary LBO transaction and to identify the ideal candidate to support the Group’s growth.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of this transaction, Christophe Pinot remains the majority shareholder of the Ocellis Group and joins its main managers – Romuald Alves Cunha, Gr\u00e9gory Chappuis and Tony Bernardo, as well as Turenne Groupe, via its Turenne Emergence fund. The bank financing was arranged by CM-CIC and Ark\u00e9a Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels.<\/p>\n
