The company, which has nearly 50 employees, operates 4 sales outlets, two of which are located in the center of Paris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Building Materials Europe (&#8220;BME&#8221;, formerly CRH Europe Distribution), headquartered in Amsterdam, is Europe&#8217;s third largest building materials distributor in terms of sales. The group, backed by Blackstone, employs more than 10,000 people through a network of 550 sales outlets in six countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany and Austria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This process was made possible thanks to Largilli\u00e8re Finance&#8217;s extensive expertise in the btob retail sector: the bank has completed 25 transactions in the last 12 months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tanguy Mantelin, Founding Partner at Largilli\u00e8re Finance, comments: &#8220;<em>Thanks to its excellent image, Mager has attracted strong interest from many industrial buyers.
