This targeted transaction in the fast-growing nuclear sector, which is part of the creation of new competence centers, was advised by Largilli\u00e8re Finance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"811\">The acquisition of Dornier Hinneburg in Germany represents an important move for Bureau Veritas. The company provides technical consulting services in nuclear safety and radiation protection in the field of nuclear facility decommissioning.
