Based in Paris, Geneva and Brussels, Largilli\u00e8re Finance is an independent investment bank specializing in assisting managers and shareholders of small and medium-sized companies in their capital transactions (sale and acquisition of companies, fund raising, financial engineering and strategic consulting).<\/p>\n

To support the development of its activity, Largilli\u00e8re Finance is looking for a junior analyst for a period of 6 months.<\/p>\n

Your missions<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The mission of the junior analysts within Largilli\u00e8re Finance is to accompany and assist the teams by participating in all phases of an M&A assignment, including:
\n– Sector, financial and strategic analysis
\n– Drafting of presentation documents (memorandum, teaser, etc.)
\n– Targeting of industrial and financial counterparts
\n– Participation in the execution and negotiation process until closing<\/p>\n

The company’s structure, composed of about fifteen professionals, will give you the opportunity to invest yourself and participate fully in the activity.
\nThe tasks entrusted to junior analysts are very operational. They allow them to be fully involved in the firm. To do this, they are supervised throughout their internship. Internal training courses complete their learning.<\/p>\n
