Emmanuel has dual experience as an investment banker and entrepreneur, first in food retail, then in finance.
He has executed numerous small, mid and large cap transactions in Europe and the United States, notably with Pargesa, Société Générale and Arjil, and small and mid-cap capital market transactions (IPOs, fund-raising), mainly in France, with Midcap Partners.
He joins Largillière Finance in 2023, in particular to strengthen the M&A expertise with listed companies.
