Alexandre has been a specialist in corporate finance and debt for 25 years.
With more than 150 transactions in France and Europe, he has raised more than €10 billion in various forms (bank, bond, public, private, senior, unitranche, mezzanine, convertible, quasi-equity, etc.), in particular on behalf of French SMEs and STIs, in a wide range of sectors and situations (financing, refinancing, acquisition, LBO, turnaround, restructuring, etc.).
He will join Largillière Finance in 2021 in order to develop the debt and financing advisory services.
