Missions

As an M&A Associate at Largillière Finance, you will play an active role in the execution of M&A mandates (disposals, fundraising, acquisitions, LBOs, etc.) within a committed team, working closely on a daily basis with Managers and Partners.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting sector, financial and strategic analyses
  • Valuing companies and building financial models and business plans
  • Preparing marketing and transaction materials used for business development and deal execution (pitch presentations, teasers, Information Memoranda, management presentations, VDD reviews, etc.)
  • Identifying and approaching potential counterparties and investors
  • Preparing and managing datarooms
  • Supporting due diligence processes
  • Taking an active role in relationships with clients and counterparties

Your profile

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&A / corporate finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity, structured finance, or related fields
  • Top-tier Master’s degree (leading business or engineering school, or equivalent university degree)
  • Strong technical skills (financial modelling, Microsoft Office Suite, corporate finance digital tools, etc.) and solid business understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous, proactive and intellectually curious
  • Team player
