The management consulting firm TNP Consultants acquires the Infhotep Data Consulting Division

Advised by the investment bank Largillière Finance, TNP Consultants, a management consulting firm specializing in structural transformations, acquires the Data Governance team of the company Infhotep, a consulting firm and publisher since 2016 of the personal data management software Adequacy.

TNP already has a solid team (60 consultants in France, 100 worldwide) of experts in data protection and governance, ethics and the adoption of artificial intelligence. These teams are able to support the firm’s clients at all stages of the data lifecycle, such as data mapping, data governance or the legal compliance of data processing.

The Data Consulting team transferred by Infhotep, works in particular with the public sector and local authorities, the education and research sector.

TNP, which has more than 300 clients in GDPR compliance and data protection, is strengthening its position as a leader in data consulting by integrating this team specialized in Data Governance within the Data Governance & Data Privacy team, led by Florence Bonnet. The arrival of this team of consultants within TNP brings key complementary expertise to respond operationally to data processing compliance processes and to optimize the management of information assets in organizations.
